SENIOR MEN CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP |

This event runs alongside the Ladies
event for the Lily of the Valley Trophy. |
|
|
|
To qualify:- |
|
|
|
- Hold
an Active Woldingham club handicap (Or at affiliated Club
with Gold membership) |
|
- Be at
least 55 years of age on or before the competition date. |
|
(Members aged 50 to 54 who have
previously competed in the event will also qualify to
enter). |
|
- Have played in 2 Qualifying
Individual Competitions in the 6 months before the event. |
|
(Men’s and/or Senior Men Medal or
Stableford competitions played from the White tees) |

Played off the White Tees using Club
handicap over 18 holes. |

- Winner and Senior Club Champion
will be the player with the lowest gross score |

- Prize is Gordon Nixon Cup with a
replica keepsake. |

(The Winner of the Club
Championship cannot win the Handicap Salver) |

|
|
|
- A qualifying
net stroke-play competition |
|
- Played
off the White Tees using Club handicap over 18 holes. |
|
- Winner will be the player with the
lowest net score after deduction of handicap. |
|
- Prize is the Handicap Salver with a
replica keepsake. |
|
(The Winner of the Handicap Salver
cannot win the Club Championship) |

|
|
In both competitions:- |
|
|
|
- There will be no runner-up awards |
|
- If there is a tie the winner will
be decided on countback. |
|
|
|
- Entrants must use the entry sheet
posted two weeks before the Competition day. |
|
- A draw in handicap order will be
published approx one week before the event |
|
- A stableford roll-up will operate for those members not
wishing to take part in the competition. |
|
(The roll up will be played under
the same rules as the main competition). |
|
|
|
Play will be followed by a
presentation Dinner. |
